Red olive wood rosary with Jordan River crucifix and prayer card set — the rich red stain of the olive wood beads makes this one of the most striking rosaries in the collection. The colour is bold but the material is the same ancient Israeli olive wood, warm and tactile in the hand. The Jordan River crucifix connects each prayer to the place of baptism. Made in the Holy Land where it all began. Includes a Holy Land prayer card. Designed and made by Marina Jewelry in Jerusalem since 1983.

Option 1: Measure a ring you already own
Take a ring that fits the intended finger well and measure the inside diameter in millimeters. Match that number to the chart below.
Option 2: The string or paper strip method
Wrap a thin strip of paper or string snugly around the base of the finger where the ring will sit. Mark where it overlaps, then measure the length with a ruler in millimeters. Match that number to the circumference column below.
Option 3: Not sure, or buying as a gift?
The average US ring size is 7 for women and 10 for men. If you're buying a surprise gift and can't get an exact measurement, this is a safe place to start — and if it needs adjusting later, resizing is simple.
A few tips for an accurate measurement
- Measure in the evening, when fingers are at their largest
- Avoid measuring right after being out in the cold, or after a workout — fingers shrink in cold weather and swell in heat
- If you're between two sizes, size up rather than down
- Wider bands fit more snugly than thin ones, so consider going up half a size for a wide band
