The cross of Saint Benedict in its Latin form- the longer vertical arm reaching down, all four arms filled with deep cobalt blue enamel, the traditional Benedict medallion at the centre bearing the ancient letters of the Benedictine prayer: C S P B- Crux Sancti Patris Benedicti. The cross that has been carried by monks and pilgrims since the eleventh century, now worn at the collarbone. Handcrafted in our Jerusalem workshop in sterling silver 925.

How to Find Your Ring Size
Option 1: Measure a ring you already own
Take a ring that fits the intended finger well and measure the inside diameter in millimeters. Match that number to the chart below.
Option 2: The string or paper strip method
Wrap a thin strip of paper or string snugly around the base of the finger where the ring will sit. Mark where it overlaps, then measure the length with a ruler in millimeters. Match that number to the circumference column below.
Option 3: Not sure, or buying as a gift?
The average US ring size is 7 for women and 10 for men. If you're buying a surprise gift and can't get an exact measurement, this is a safe place to start — and if it needs adjusting later, resizing is simple.
A few tips for an accurate measurement
- Measure in the evening, when fingers are at their largest
- Avoid measuring right after being out in the cold, or after a workout — fingers shrink in cold weather and swell in heat
- If you're between two sizes, size up rather than down
- Wider bands fit more snugly than thin ones, so consider going up half a size for a wide band
